A shared working space for those who need deep connection and support
Weavers is a co-working space with a difference. People work openly and hold each other accountable, whilst offering feedback and support, utilising one another’s experiences and networks.
Weavers will aim to bring a social, connected and collective approach to bringing projects and enterprises to life; one that encourages members to work through the messiness of development together. We want to reduce silos, the sense of isolation, and move towards a truly collaborative way of working.
Who is this space for?
The most important value to a Weavers space is the willingness and ability to work openly and to share it with others. We know that this isn’t possible for everyone, but it’s a cornerstone of this approach.

Freelancers: if your work is focused on supporting social and public sector organisations
Startups: you’re building a community-focused enterprise, or addressing systemic challenges in Health, Housing, Education or Environment
Employed practitioners: remote workers who tackle some of society’s wicked problems and want to connect and collaborate on other work

- Coaching and reflective practice is offered and facilitated as a part of membership to help guide your development and maximise impact of your work
A Working Collective
Weavers is a co-working community where the ‘co’ stands for collective. The purpose of the space is to work in ways that connect products, services and other offers to approach our change-making efforts in a systemic and holistic way. This is an intentional, challenging and highly-rewarding effort where connection goes deeper.
